Geoffrey the Giraffe

This is the first Giraffe I painted ever, the first of many. I wanted to painted a animal in my own favorite pallet and giraffes seemed to fit my necessities. I love his funny face, it has so much personality, he looks hi, or drunk, or exhausted, even depressed. eaither way I think it is up to the viewer to judge how Geoffrey feels, but giraffes are always high when you really think about it, the dazed and confused of the animal world, the thin air gets to them haha. they are like a mythical animal with their long necks, horns, ginormous tongue and fairytale ears. I was never able to appriciate the giraffe until I recreated them on canvas.
